2. Data processed
When you complete the booking request form we process the following data: name, email address, phone number, date of travel, pick-up address, destination, number of passengers and bags, and any notes you provide.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The purpose of processing is to answer your request and to perform the chauffeur service. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
4. Retention period
Booking request data is kept for a maximum of 1 year; where a contract is concluded, accounting rules require retention for 8 years.
5. Data transfers
To fulfil your booking, the data you provide is transferred to the following providers: Calendly and Google Calendar (to reserve the time slot and create the calendar entry) and Resend (to deliver confirmation emails). These providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate data protection safeguards. Beyond this, data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing and exercise your right to data portability. Please use the contact details above.
7. Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or seek judicial remedy.
