Terms and Conditions

1. Service provider

2. Scope of service
Pre-arranged, personalized domestic and international passenger transport and chauffeur services for private and corporate clients.
3. Booking
Bookings made on the website take effect instantly: the system reserves the selected time slot immediately and sends a confirmation by email. Bookings requested by email or phone become effective once confirmed by the service provider. For immediate or urgent journeys, arrangement by phone is required.
4. Prices and payment
The fees for each service are the prices published on the website. Payment is made on site by bank card (POS), in cash, or by bank transfer as agreed in advance.
5. Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned departure. For later cancellations the service provider may charge the costs incurred.
6. Passenger obligations
Passengers are asked to be available at the agreed pick-up point at the agreed time, to follow road safety rules, and to refrain from smoking in or damaging the vehicle.
7. Liability
The service provider does everything possible to deliver a punctual and safe service, but accepts no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (traffic, weather, road closures, force majeure).
8. Complaints
Any complaint can be submitted using the contact details above; we investigate and respond in writing within 30 days. If the complaint is rejected, consumers may turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. III. em. 310., bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu, +36 1 488 2131) or to the competent court.
9. Website hosting
The website is operated on the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated, lovable.dev); the hosting infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, cloudflare.com).
